Simple get 2 memory cards. Have caw 1 on memory card 1, and caw 2 on memory card 2. Upgrade in career mode as the designated caw. Then when you want to play in exhibition mode, go to create mode and select copy from memory card 2, to a blank spot on memory card 1 (it has to be done this way because exhibition mode won't load the caws off of memory card slot 2) then play to your hearts content. Note: if you upgrade your caw on memory card 2 you'll have to re-copy your 2nd caw on memory card 1 to get the new stats.
