I did all the rtwm so what am I missin to unlock the hardcore championship belt

To unlock hardcore belt , you must play career mode ... You can play as anyone including your created CAW , but don't playing as divas ... ( this title won't be unlocked if you playing as diva )
Then , keep playing career mode until you unlock " Hardcore Championship " path ...
Now , choose that path and just beat that path ... ( defeat the title holder ) , then , the hardcore belt will be unlocked ...
