How do I open the superstar and legend challenge mode? P.S. Whats a casket finisher?

I haven't played this game for like a few years, but a Casket Finisher is when you get a finisher and irish whip your opponent onto the casket, and have a full momentum and stored finisher then when your opponent is leaning against the casket, you press L1.

To get superstar and legend challenges you have to beat all amatuer and rising star challenges.
