I understand your predicament. I was so stinkin' angry, trying to get that. Just manual around for enough points, then jump and caveman. The red clock thing should appear. Run through the cave before time runs out. It worked for me. A cool trick is to crash right before you run into the cave. Your torn up concorted body will come flying out of the hollywood sign.

When your outside the cave you have to manual and get 50,000 points the when you have your 50,000 points manual into the cave.
