How the heck do I get enough speed to manual all the way through Hectors "finish this manual" mission? All of my stats are maxed out, but I run out of speed. I've tried the spacewalk manual with no luck.

Try to ollie when you start to lose speed,but just make sure you land back
Down,still manualing, or the mission will be over.
To get a lot of speed, turn around when the mission starts. There will be a quarter pipe right in front of you. You can try and going up that a few times. It worked for me.
