What is the fire code?


One of my friends tried to get it on with that sushi lady, but she said "You need a condom first"
Is this true, and if so, how do you get it?

The fire code is this stupid annoying little rule that you have to follow. If you are overbuilding, which means you have too much stuff in a district, then the fire code pops up. To add the object you want in that district, you're going to have to delete some other stuff. ps: you can delete anything in a district EXCEPT for the stuff in the clubs. You cannot add anything in there either.
