Both of the parts are on the second island.Get the airplane radio in airplane jungle, then go to the place next to the beach where you build the canoe( not the East Jungle Plains, the other place ).Next to the plane there's some vines, cut through them and there should be a small radio transmiter. Go to the volcano Summit and go into inventory. Get the radio and put it down somewhere. Go up to it and go into more and there should be an option "Repair radio transmiter" and do it , then send an SOS.
