Getting married

Ok well I've tried repeatedly for two people to get married, I have the shark leather hat and the lays on her neck. Their relation is at 100 what else needs to be done?

Are you using the wedding hat and wedding Lays? I have achieved the proposal and this is how I did it if it helps. They both had a relationship score of 100. I dressed my female castaway in the wedding hat and the wedding lays and then I switched to my male castaway and I got him to do the propose option. They didn't get married, but the proposal was accepted. It was a bit of a let down. I am not sure if there is anything else left to do or if I have missed something. Hope this helps.

You don't need a shark leather hat, you need a marriage beanie. You need white hibiscus for it. Plus, maybe you need to wear the stuff when you propose.

I don't know if it's true but I heard there is a wedding flower you have to harvest and it's hard to find. Once you get that apparentley you can get married and then have woohoo in the bushes.

You have to have a certain type of flower, and craft the wedding beanie and lai for both of your sims that you are marrying.
