Question for The Simpsons: Hit & Run

If you have 19 out of 20 wasp cameras destroyed in level 7 in the simpsons hit and run for ps2 and all other levels are completed 100% what do you do to get the ferrini black alien car?
(I've looked everywhere the cheats told me and I still can't find it,please help,I wan't that car really bad.)

You have to have 100 percent completion to have secret cars including all wasps and gags and levels and cards>

If you are missing one wasp, try to find a place where you weren't! Also to get alien black car, go to options menu, hold F1 and press Up Down Up Down. This is the cheat for PC. Once cheat activated, go to phone booth and press F2. A list of cars will appear. You can basically select ANY car from the game (including alien car) in ANY level you want! You need 100% game completed to work! This is so cool, I have game 100% complete. Please note that to have 100% game complete, do all missions, destroy all wasps, do street races, find gags, collect cards, purchase everything + view itchy and scratchy bonus movie from level 3!
