No you can't get her topless but you can get Eddy Gordo beat everyone in arcade mode with Chrisse and press start then youll have Eddy Gordo.

No you cant get her topless also if you but you can get Eddy by play as her though story mode after you beat it press triangle on Christie and it will say your using Eddy
Note Eddy has the same moves as Christie but he has a purple shirt and Black pants his shirt is loose so you can see his chest you cant have 2 Eddys in a battle at once.trust me on that.
