Is the fuji board the spotty board that eddie has on the intro video. If it is not then can you tell me how to get the spotty board.

Some people thinks it's a hoax but I've actually gotten it befor ... Eddies lava lamp board turns into that board. I don't know how it happened just on day it was like that
