On Planet Snivelak (the one where you have to defeat the thug leader) At the start of the level when you have to use your swingshot three times.
At the end, on top of the building, is a nanotech boost.

It's kind of hard but it is possible. You need to swing as high as you can on the last swingshot. Dont let go until ur at ur highest point and then let go.
When I did it I caught a glitch in the game and ratchet started actin crazy but all you have to do is keep jumpin up and you should get to a point where you are walkin on the top of the building. This one took me like five tries but you need that boost.
Just swingshot the highest on your last area then glide there!
