Question for Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando

I have checked and there are 40 platinum bolts but at slims mod shop you only use 39. So my question is is there a 4th mod shop

I don't know, but I think one is an extra Platinum Bolt.

Are you sure you have all the weapons? It won't show upgrades to weapons you don't have.
