Yes you can get the Super Uzumaki Plate I have it, After you do the mission "Trouble in the Sand," go to the yellow dot in top of Kanoha and Jiraiya will start training you. To be able to get Super Uzumaki you have to beat 100 guys. Then to also get Perfect Strike
After you pass the mission "Teacher for a day," go back there and you will talk to Konahamaru. He will tell you if you can help him do hand signs.Say yes and you will start doing hand sings.You have to do 100 hand sings correct to get Perfect Strike.
