All you have to do is hit them until the blue side of the thingy is on top-i think theres only three you need to hit
I'm not really sure, the first part I just hit it. Then on the next part I just hit them all in one direction.
to do the cart mission you have to first on the first part hit that switch. Then on the second part ( hit the fisrt third (mabye fourth) and sixth so I hope this was helpful
