You have to complete the superkit which is easiest to do when you have invincibility.
The code for invincibility is 4PR28Y the last letter/# could be 4 I can't read my writing.
On every single level you collect lego studs if you fill up that yellow bar to 100% on every level by collecting lego studs, the door with the question mark above it opens and thats how you get the last two characters witch are Darth Vader and a storm trooper.
You need to get full jedi status on every chapter to unlock the door which is the first chapter of a new hope.
You have to fill up the yellow bar at the top of the screen on every level.
