Not a very detailed question so....
1. You save and continue playing the story.
2. You get peter pan and talk to tink, then you will be taken to the clock tower and have a ridiculously hard battle against phantom.
3. You wait for the clocks to strike a hour of in game time and open a door above the clock that corrisponds with the hour. The higher the hour, the better the reward.
