How do you use level select AND still have all your cheats that you activated in your other game.

Hero mode I think although I ain't tried it.

Once you have got level select from the secrets menu save your game and then go to the main menu where you will have a secrets menu.

Use level select and put hero mode on and you will have all the secrets you've unlocked.

Sorry for the bad answer but you can't get the cheats you unlocked in your other game you have to unlock them all over again.

I know this is almost 13 years later, but I figured i'd answer for anyone who came across this question: the debug mode reveals secret pause menu options that includes a level select that you can use as soon as you take control of Jak.
