Question for Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland

Hey um I need to get to the key items and it wont let me equip the treasure map or the magic seed s or anything! OS can you help me?

You can't equip specil items. You use them automaticly during the game. All you have to doit go to the palce were you would use it at the right time.
