But the Go-kart is RARE!
So you have to look for it....

There are a few places you can get the go kart but some may have to be unlocked.
In a building in El Quebrados, (the one with the windows that can be shot out).
In a dead end alley way in the passages behind you save house and woozies place in SF

Yes there is a go kart, in a small shed in the desert, on top of a mountain, north of big ear, take a helicopter!

Left, left, down, down, up, up, square, circle, triangle, R1, R2, is for a a.t.v. On GTA SAN ANDREAS FOR PS2.

There isn't. But once you've unlocked the race tournaments near Wang Cars, you can do the race called,"GO-GO-Karting". You can just put the Kart that they give you into the Doherty Garage, get out, and wait for the timer to run out. When you go back, It'll be in the garage. And the Kart will never spawn until you complete "Cut Throat Business".
