The End and Minerva's Plate

Please help me! I have no idea how to get the The End garment grid or the Minerva's Plate. If you know how to get any of these things, please tell me. Thank you so much!

To obtain The end dressphere you have to have seen every possible enemy in the Oversoul state, then speak to Shinra (aboard Celsius), to check his bestiary, the names will turn pink when you see them in Oversoul.

Minerva's plate is found in the south part of Macalania Woods. Minerva's Plate is yours only if you skipped talking to Tobli during 'Shave the Hypello!' sidequest back in chapter 1; go directly to the Hypello instead.

the end is obtained by oversouling every creature in shinra's bestiary
