To find him go to tryan gully with the godbirds soulstone and then talk to the girl she will tell you to take a leaf from the treasure room. Take it(take the other treasure too). Then use it. It will mark a place on the map. Use the soulstone and fly there. You will see him flying around. Chase him to the mansion.
