You get 4 medicinal herbs and do this

And do 2 special medicines for a lesser pancea but dodgy dave doesn't want that
That was confusing for me, so I will post another, You make two strong medicines, using two medicinal herbs in the pot, do that twice, then combine both of the strong medicines in the pot, this will make a special herb, also known as a "Special medicine" Dodgy dave will accept this.
