I have 2 questions. How do you get babidis spaceship on budokai 3 and can you list all the fusions avaiable for each character like for example goku has gogeta ssj 2 and 4 and vegeto.

I think you are talking about Babidi's Mind Control, because there is no Babidi's Spaceship in this game. You get this capsule automatically in Vegeta's DU.
Here are a list of the fusions. Goku - Vegito, SS4 Gogeta, SS2 Gogeta
Goten - Gotenks
Vegeta - Vegito, SS4 Gogeta, SS2 Gogeta
Kid Trunks - Gotenks
Supreme Kai - Kibitoshin
Babidis spaceship is not in number 3 sorry, unlike 2, to my knowlege, has no mini-games (except for Dragon Arena).
