Go to the beach on a wednesday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m..

I don't know what I was thinking with that "Go to the Beach" comment, I must have been ion the phone.

All you have to do to unlock Dr. Gero, is beat him in Yamcha's Dragon Universe.
