Question for Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2

How do you get Father-son Kamehameha in this game? PLEASE I think it's really cool.

Can't remember the exact details on how to get it, but...
On the last stage (Stage 9), rare capsules are obtained by defeating Frieza, Cell, and Kid Buu with different characters. So just try using Goku to defeat these guys are you might get it (except for Goku vs Kid Buu, I think you get the Super Spirit Bomb capsule there). Don't forget to unlock Teen Gohan with Gohan vs Cell, otherwise you won't get the capsule.
Or it could be just when Goku defeats the red Saibamen.

Get 1m ZENI and Father Son Kamehameha will appear in the item shop.

Kid Buu's gives the Ultimate Attack for any Character(not Cell's attack Ultimate Attack, but the chareacter's strongest move), assuming they have one. Otherwise, you get a related characters Ultimate Attack. You should get Fatehr SOn Kamehameha from Kid Buu, by beating him as Teen Gohan. Or, wich for his Breakthrough from SHenron, or buy the attack form the shop.
