You go to a statue, or before a mission, press equip, and choose your weapon, then the slot to put it in.

Thats a rely stupid queastion if the other things are in red ewhat you do is select the ones in yellow (unequip them) them select the weapon you want to select

You go to the equip screen and just switch to a empty slot and click the weapon (well not click but you know).
