There is a tunnel complex under albion and the entrance is NEAR Hyde park. Just keep running and flying (in your jetpack, of course) arounnd the outside of Hyde park.

Well, parafu was right. if you got your jetpack upgraded all the way I'm pretty sure all it takes it three jumps and you'll find it. Pox will find it for you.
