Shipwreck Level 10 and 11?

When I walk in theres these doors that have a blue crystal on a stand I used the genie but it wont open
Any other way to open them?

Try changing the attribute. That might be the problem. Each different coloured crystal has it's own attribute. I think blue is ice. Try anything you can.
