Keep trying until she does grab it, practise more on your method so maybe push towards the way your going, or away from where your going. Make sure your timing is good so you don't miss it. Eventually youll get it.

I have beaten this game so many times. When your Nina ( awsome chick who evil but ugly ) look at the rings, when they are shining green, shoot the grabber thingermiggig and shoot until your on the top, hit the things and LOOK FOR THE GREEN SHINING.

I couldn't do this either but when I found out, the trick was to make sure you are really high in the air first, then quickly turn around grab on. Then you climb onto the platform. SIMPLE!!!

when you see green shining, grab it by pressing circle.

then, press jump by pressing X and immediately start holding circle till you're higher up. do this till you're at the top and break the first generator or whatever... and then turn around and when you see green shining again, just press circle once and you will jump to the next platform and break the other one.

the platforms will come down but you dont have to wait for them because the odds are you will get clawed by the robot or burned by the flamethrower.

just wait till you're a bit below the robot's neck line and then jump off the platform.(if you jump off at once, you may slip and one of the ants may get you)

you must repeat this until all six generators are destroyed then you switch to cortex which is 5 times as hard but even more fun.

Mind you, if you die as nina, cortex or crash, you'll have to start fresh from nina

As nina on the last ring you need to hold the opposite direction of where you are going eg if the ring is on the left hold right and vice versa. Works all the time for me. Then once one of the crystals are destroyed just simply grab the floating ring again and destroy the other. One note to add is once the second crystal is destroyed on one of the three pairs of towers don't jump off from the top, let the tower bring you down otherwise you can get hit in the animation of you standing back up.

As crotex take out the right plazma cannon first and only shoot it when it is not charging, keep running to the right and slightly forward and spam the gun when the gun is not moving keep far away from it as it will shoot the floor and a blast ring can easily hit you. Now the machine gun is simple keep running until it shoots a volley of bullets you can then stop and hit it as much as possible, keep repeating this until you gain control of crash.

As crash keep running to the left and when the boss swipes it's sword on to the floor spam as many missiles between the gaps in the shield as you can. This one is fairly simple.


All in all this is probably one of the easier bosses in the game I had more trouble with Madame Amberly Dr nefarious and dingodile.
