After the fight with the executioner in the prison/dungeon you will see an elder gods chest. To unlock the chest you must locate the flameless torch/pot and hit it with a fireball.
Reiko relic.
Map room the flameless torch.
Blaze (yes ! He cn be played)
Unlock the second to the last row of relics.

Finish the first row
