Im stuck in a place where raiden is naked and he must go to the

Second floor ( as colonel says whe he calls him) but as soon as

I get there the colonel calls and says that I must cut the power

ITS JUST A GAME!! Then he keeps calling.I tryed to get some information

By calling rose repeatedly (raidens girlfriend) but it didnt work :(

Can any one help me pleas?!
