Ok first this is for Franchise mode when you do it do my team and create player now make his skin color dark and give him a buzz cut hair cut and make him 6'1 I think he is that tall he weights 201 now go and make his stats this
Speed 94
Break tackle 99
Acceleration 99
Agility 95
Catch 95
Carrying 98
Kick return 99
Injury 99
Stamina 99
Toughness 97
I know I didn't say everything
Just leave the rest at 50
Do the same thing but out of franchise mode to have him always but in franchise he will be a free agent and now you must Sign him to your team ok you welcome for help make sure he has a buzz cut though also he was on the Raiders before he retired.
