You have to press triangle and to fair catch and get 20 extra yards press triangle and square .
Okay, before the snap, when your guy is running back to get ready to get the punt, hold down X and press up until there is a circle under the punt returner.(You can also wait until the ball is kicked, and before it gets too close, press O) When the ball is in the air, press triangle to call fair catch. So what I am saying is, you have to be the returner to call fair catch.
You hit the circle to take control of the player, then you hit the triangle to call a fair catch
