While facing Xigbar(the orginization member that has the scar and the eyepatch)the best strategy is to equip all the ariel finishing moves because hes only in the air.Then fight him at the beginning he'll jump to a ledge and shoot at you don't move just stand ther and wait till he shoots.When he shoots there will be a reaction command called break when it's shows this reaction command press triange,then keep on pressin it until he comes down.When he comes down lock on to him(this is where you need the ariel finishing moves)then jump and attack him you may get one or two combos at a time.When he does special moves(when he makes the space smaller)jump around or run.But when he does an attack where they'res only a square of land thats the move that can kill you.When he does it don't worry about when he shoots at you from the sides just worry about when he gos in the middle of the square and starts to charge up.When this happens get under him so it wont hit you then use a potion on yourself and attack away.
