Build Any Club Into a Top Tier Superpower. (Manager Mode)

Make good use of transfer windows at the beginning, middle and end of the season to sign free agency players for your club.

You may choose to keep those players you need in your roster and sell those you don't for club revenue. Make sure your club staff negotiator is at a high level rank(level 8 to level 10) in order to increase your chances of successful player acquisition at lower prices and maximum revenue for the sale of your players.

Be strategic about those players you choose to keep.

For example; If you sign a player with an overall of 85 or above, chances are they are demanding high wages. You can keep them in your roster if you can afford their wages, otherwise sell them to a worthy bidder for a price tag in the 17,000,000 to 30,000,000 range.

You want to avoid signing multiple players with high wages in order to keep your club budget at sustainable heights so you can invest your budget on club staff upgrades, scouting new talent, and newly scouted player signings.

It is crucial for your career mode success that you to send your club scout on talent searches throughout each and every season. Make sure your club scout is at a reasonably high level rank (lvl.7 to lvl.10) to increase your chances of finding playes with decent Overall ratings, good player growth, and youthful ages.

As soon as your scout messages you about returning from their latest assignment, account to send them on to another assignment right away, preferably to a different region from his last assignment. The higher the number of youthful and talented players he reports back with, the higher the chances are for your squad to continue growing in numbers and overall rating stats.

This also helps maintain budget allocations at healthy heights as young players with no previous ties to other clubs may demand lower wages than the average player with an existing club contract despite them having equal or similar overall ratings.

Another benefit of young talent acquisition is that you can develop those young players into future superstars for your roster. Superstars whose wages you can control by offering prompt contract extensions that include gradual to no wage increases as part of a new agreement. In some cases, players may agree to new contract extensions that include wage reductions if their morale at the club is high.

You can also choose to develop young talent to an overall rating worthy of a profitable pricetag in the transfer market.

Every time your scout presents you with a new potential signing, you are given the option to sign, turn down, or place the young talent in your transfer shortlist.

If you choose not to sign the newly scouted players to your squad, place them in your transfer shortlist.

Doing so will allow you to come back and sign the newly scouted player or any other scouted talent at will during any given time of the season without the need to wait for transfer window to open.

It will also make your scouting efforts more fruitful and not go to waste despite of player overall ratings. You can always keep low-overall-rating players around and sign them for profit upon their sale to other clubs instead of discarding them and losing out on new the new talent.

Always, always, ALWAYS keep your shortlist accessible and prioritized for scouted talent.

If you choose to take a management job for a small club with a modest budget, make sure you attempt everything and anything to get your hands on as many free agents as possible to help you generate healthy revenue upon their sale/transfer that goes towards capital to begin reinvesting in your club right away.

Select a club sponsor at the beginning of each season that matches your stadium gate revenue in order to increase or maintain your club budget healthy throughout the season.

Pull out your calculator and determine which club sponsor offers you a payout deal that can help covering for roster payroll after each game in combination with the stadium gate revenue.

Some sponsor deals offer a percentage incentive for games that you win throughout the season. If you're fortunate enough to stumble into one of those deals, take it!

You could also choose to sign a sponsorship deal that offers lucrative bonuses for end-of-season achievements such as league championships, cup & tournament honours, top scorer honours, clean sheet honours, and sometimes undefeated season incentives (if achieved.)

Everything ties together. You can only develop clubs through your managerial campaign successfully if you can wisely exploit your cash flow.

The longer your stance at a club, the greater the cash flow.

Sponsorship deals become more lucrative and stadium gate revenue can be increased by allocating ticket pricing on "High" as well as by upgrading your stadium administrator rank level.

If you do all of the boring stuff I just listed before kick off. You'll have a pleasant and overarching 15 year campaign as a club manager in fifa 11. .
