You can not get king vegeta no matter what you do or what glitch you find it's impossible. It's just people having a good laugh by wasting your time on a stupid rumor.
Bardock however is available if you search for a saiyan space pod on the first chapter you will find the capsule.
To get omega shenron beat the game in all alternate endings, on the 3rd or 4th time you should have to fight omega.
At first fight buu, then fight broly 2nd , later on the 3rd time round fight gotenks with gogeta, then on the fourth time (this will only happen if you find the ssj4 capsul with either saiyan vegeta or goku ) you will fight the other super saiyan.
4. After the fight you will hear a disturbance and take on omega with ssj4 gogeta). You may have to fight him twice to get both capsuls (ssj4 gogeta & omega shenron) thanks and good luck.
