Unlock Alternate Costumes
Instead of entering EX mode when you have completed the main game talk to the woman in the new area which becomes accessible after the city has been rebuilt and agree to do her quests to find materials. When you complete the quests in EX mode and bring the material back to her she will make you a costume.
