That is a glitch in the game. The rifle is to be used as a spotting scope only. |

you have to have a high stealth skill i completed it with a lvl 6 stealth but i got bronze star but hey i passed you also gotta scout the enemys movements and how long yey take to get from one end of there patrol path to the next and how long they stay at each end |
| What rank do you have to be to mod you're m16? |
First of all you can't modify an M16, but rather it's close cousin the M4. Secondly, you have to be an SFC (Sergeant First Class). Hope I helped. |
