There are six game modes outlined as follows:

ARCADE BONUS STAGE

VERSUS DIRECTORS

PRACTICE OPTION

To acquire these hidden characters, place the cursor at option mode and tap the select twice.

Move it to directors mode and tap select four times, move it up to bonus stage mode and tap select once and then, move it(cursor)to arcade mode and tap the select button five times.
