gulp:left or right 4x
big gulp:left or right 5x
crush:left or right 6x
orange crush:left or right 7x
twisted lemon:left,up & triangle
twisted lime:right,up & triangle
thrashmaster:backwards twisted lemon
dr.shemp: 4 rolls left
toasty twist: 4 rolls right
triple towers: jump on each pedestal
halfpipe leap:over the halfpipe
