Win the snowboarding bonus game
In the bonus world, once you have collected every egg etc, on entering the snowboard arena, DO NOT race straight away, but make your way down the mountain, and up onto the ledges. Then stand in a blue star for a while, and hopefully you should have collected enough boost to last you the whole race! If this doesn't work, wait in the blue star for longer; the longer you wait, the more the boost.
