This cheat actually works and it's awesome

There is only 1 mayor backside to this and thats becouse you need is to finish a game at 100% to get the final power up: the permanent fireball inside Dragon Shores, the final level.

Once you walk through the power up. Quit the level

Then save and quit. When you get back to the menu don't shut down your Playstation or go to an different save, just start a new game. After the cutscenes you can walk around with the permanent fireball at your disposal

(quick note with the fre ball you can actually ignore moneybags in Aquaria towers in Summer Forest becouse you can kill the sharks now so you wont be needing to use the dive boat. But I always eventually pay him just becouse I don't know what happens when I don't)

Well I hope this will little secret will help you guys and maybe you guys have a way better time now playing this game
