how do you beat the final boss?

Depends on which Sorceress one you are talking about.
The first one: wait for Agent 9 to shoot down the cannons and then jump onto them to use it ont he Sorceress. They will vary from like a turret cannon, movable cannon and a flying saucer.
The Second one: It's all flying saucer and firing at her.
The Hippo? That's eazy. Just distract her until the monkey shoots down a gun turret.
That's it.

The final final boss or the final boss. The final boss fly around in the stuff agent something fires and hit her, final final boss: don't remeber
1st final boss: agent moneky guy.. XD anywayz.. he will shoot cannons down, hop into them and shoot the fat walrus :P
2nd final boss:use the saucer to shoot her
The very last boss fight is against the Sorceress. Bianca will let you use her flying saucer to finish off the Sorceress. This is the only "weapon" you will use to defeat her and get egg #150.
