There are a few hidden places around that contain gems. Try looking behind the building that you first arrive at in the level. Also, there is a crack in the wall somewhere in the level that you can break down to reveal a hidden platform.
If you still can't find all the gems, take a look at some walkthroughs on youtube.

Theres a 10 gem behind th snake portal. I wuz tryen to get em wit th sparx power dat finds th gems. And I couldent figure out what wuz goen on! Untill I went behind the portal

Where I was missing a yellow 10 gem was behind the portal to the haunted tomb. There is a small platform that has the gem on top. There are hidden gems behind other portals as well. If you still can't find them, you can use sparx to give hints (on ps4 by pressing L3).
