Yes there is. Ok here's what you need to do
Before you do anything have your best magic caster (I took the balanced pack so in that case it's Taomon) to lvl 25+, high machine tolerance and high spirit level(for spirit we're talking 400+) is advised since you may know he attacks 4 times in one turn, have a back up digimon just in case (mine was Kiyukimon, level 29).and have it barriage it with 3rd stage or higher electric mage techs.life disks and super/power charges are essential!
(I may have missed some because they are either physical or support electric techs, but you get the idea)
1st stage-thunder bolt
2nd stage-thunder gemini
3rd stage-electro bolt
4th stage-electro ball(learned at mega form)
No electro shocker isn't one of the stages because it's a signature attack to Kabuterimon
