Question for Digimon World 3

How can I train Ice, Water, Machine,etc... tolerance? Cause for Digivolutions you need to train stuff to 999, right?

I need this answered please. I need the digivolution that has high machine tolerance.

I'm kind of stuck with MAGAMI President's Raidenmon. How can I train those tolerances. I'm kind of a beginner...

P.S. Can you please answer this immediately?

To increase Ice, Water, Machine,etc... tolerance:
First to buy chip from Amaterasu city in the hidden shop or to gain chip or to train at any training gym when you select the digimon you want to train press R1 to get...
Ice training, Water training, Machine training,etc...

(NOTE:you can't enter the hidden shop if only when you at the part after beating chief officer)
