How? OK. At first, talk to the cat-like Digimon near the city with boats. After that, go back to the Protocol ruins and talk to Baronmon (he's at the ladder thingy). He'll ask you for a TNT ball(get that by beating a triceromon). Go back and he''ll turn it into a TNT chip. Go to the shrine where the cat-digimon was talking about and you go in.

To get to Duel Island, use Submarimon from Divermon's lake.

PS. You get attacked by Divermon.
