Ok people, what do I do when I go to the highway and find solders that don't let me pass?

I think that you have to get the warrior woman to talk to them
OR if that doesnt work I think that the soldier women has to find her captain and talk to him. If this doesnt work then I don't no sorry.

Use Ursula to talk to the guards, then Ursula will talk to him and supposedly she will talk to General Rhun, which is on Astana, when you go there you should go to the place where General Rhun is, then when you find that place you will find out that there will be a bunch of monsters there and no General Rhun, well, that goes on and after you finish that mission(you will know the details), the guards will go to defeat the monster on Chedo, thats when the Highway will be open for you to go.
