Get the other teams to buy, for all their money, the crap players in your team.
When you've got rid off all your crap players, buy the other teams best players and do it with every team so you get the best players in the league.
You will also have loads of dosh so if a good player like RONALDO comes on the transfer list, you'll be able to buy him.
